Upasana Workshops

The program consists of sharing basic information about Ayurveda which will result in a proper understanding of the body. It also deals with stretches and yoga flow exercises to release the tension of muscles and make the movements easy. Breathing techniques, and meditation for proper peace of mind. Kalaripayattu practice for strength, endurance, and psycho-physical balance.

This complete course will help people to recognize the needs of the body, problems of their joints and body postures, reason and remedies for the issues, preventive practices as well. The course will also have significant impact in the participant’s way of thinking and mental hygiene.
