COURSE OBJECTIVES


•    To know the importance & essence of Kalaripayattu and apply it for human well-being through regular practice and proper understanding of body movements. 
•    To be aware of the human body, the basic body problems, and the remedies and to find a way for a focused mind and non-stressful life through applications of Ayurveda & Yoga in Kalaripayattu
•    To raise awareness among youth, thereby keeping them away from anti-social elements. To propose an Indian model for the harmony of body and mind, and thus make the world look forward to India for Yoga, Ayurveda, Kalaripayattu, and Therapy.
